HIGHLANDS RESERVE / LEGACY PARK VILLAS

With "Our Choice Villas" you will be guaranteed a villa in either Highlands Reserve or Legacy Park Villas and on arrival at our office in Orlando, when you collect the keys, we will confirm the location of your allocated villa.

Highland features a renowned 18 hole PGA golf course along with several communal facilities. The homes are nestled into beautiful landscaped grounds making Highlands a very desirable development. Legacy completed in 2006 is fabulous affordable luxury in a great location. Clients staying for 2 weeks between Jan 09 and March 31st 09 and 01 Nov 09 and 18 Dec 09 purchasing one week's pool heat get the second weeks pool heat FREE

Highland and Legacy are two superb communities just a short distance from Disney world resort. Clients will be allocated either resort and no requests can be made to specify either.

Our homes include a full kitchen with washer, dryer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, grill, dishwasher, kettle, dinner sets with cutlery and glasses. Iron and Ironing board. At least 2 bathrooms with wc, shower, bath and towels.

Legacy is located just south from the 192, 20 minutes from Disney. Highland is located on Highway 27 , 3miles from the 192 and 15mins drive to Disney.

Keys to be picked up from the Direct Holiday Villas resort office in Kissimmee. Full details will be forwarded on completion of booking.

Sleeping arrangements for all Florida villas are as follows:

• Queen or Double bed in first room
• Double bed in second room
• Twin single beds in third and fourth rooms
• Either a double or twin single in each additional room

Each of the Florida villas also come with a fold away bed or rolling beds to increase the maximum number of people who can sleep in the Florida villas.
