HAMPTON LAKES / CALABAY PARC / WESTRIDGE VILLAS

With "Our Choice Villas" you will be guaranteed a villa in either Hampton Lakes / Calabay Parc or Westrideg Villas and on arrival at our office in Orlando, when you collect the keys, we will confirm the location of your allocated villa.

Selection of beautiful homes with modern furnishings. Located just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort. The Estates are all immaculately maintained and very peaceful. One of three deal,homes will be allocated to any one of these sub divisions, all located on Highway 27-Hampton Lakes, Calabay Parc and Westridge.

Our homes include a full kitchen with washer, dryer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, grill, dishwasher, kettle, dinner sets with cutlery and glasses. Iron and Ironing board. At least 2 bathrooms with wc, shower, bath and towels.

Keys to be picked up from the Direct Holiday Villas resort office in Kissimmee. Full details will be forwarded on completion of booking.

Sleeping arrangements for all Florida villas are as follows:

• Queen or Double bed in first room
• Double bed in second room
• Twin single beds in third and fourth rooms
• Either a double or twin single in each additional room

Each of the Florida villas also come with a fold away bed or rolling beds to increase the maximum number of people who can sleep in the Florida villas.
