Tuscan Hills is a gated resort with 90 courtyard style homes located just off HIghway 27 and only 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World Resort, each villa has a 13' x 26' private screened pool. The Mediterranean style clubhouse has a fitness room, child's indoor play room, a large lounge and a covered lanai looking out over a tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden. All of our homes are brand new and feature a private pool. 3,4 and 5 bedroom homes are available. Community facilities include - Clubhouse with children's playground, volleyball court, tennis court. All due for completion in April 2007.

Our homes include - Full kitchen with washer, dryer, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, grill, dishwasher, kettle, dinner sets with cuttlery and glasses. Iron and ironing board. At least 2 bathrooms with w.c. shower, bath and towels. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Generally a queen or double bed in the master bedroom. A double bed in the second bedroom, two singles in the third, two singles in the fourth and either a double or two singles in each additional bedroom. A pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds are provided for maximum occupancy levels.
